Our Story

Dr. Martine Forrester D.M.D.

Dr. Martine Forrester received her D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and has over 12 years of experience caring for patients. She received her Masters in Public Health and went on to become a faculty member at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry for 6 years, serving as Director of the Faculty Dental Practice and clinical mentor to dental students. Dr. Forrester later continued to practice dentistry in Princeton, New Jersey for several years prior to relocating to South Florida. In addition to providing exceptional general dental care, Dr. Forrester also specializes in implants, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

She is a highly skilled dental professional who treats all her patients with compassion and believes a gentle touch goes a long way. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, traveling, ceramics and fitness.

Larry A. Levine, DDS

Dr. Larry A. Levine has practiced comprehensive and aesthetic dentistry since graduating from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and did a postgraduate hospital residency program in Westchester, New York before starting his private practice in Boca Raton.

Dr. Levine is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), and the South Palm Beach County Dental Association. To maintain his expertise in current, advanced procedures, he continues his education yearly.

Dr. Levine is a former tennis professional and enjoys coaching youth basketball. He is the proud father of three delightful daughters.

Audrey Rosen Levine, DDS

Dr. Audrey Rosen Levine graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania as well as Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1985. She was a member of the prestigious honorary Gorgas Odontological Society and graduated as “Who’s Who among College and Universities” with numerous awards and honors. Dr. Levine was also president of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Levine is a gifted cosmetic dentist and enjoys complicated restorative and prosthetic cases for adults and the geriatric population. She is beloved by her patients and has worked in dentistry for over thirty years in South Florida.

Dr. Levine has three daughters and is very active in the Boca Raton community. She is also the daughter of a dentist.

Audrey Rosen Levine, DDS

Dr. Fabrianne Figueroa Cohen is a highly trained Periodontist with a vast amount of experience in implant dentistry. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she achieved her Dental Degree at the Central University of Venezuela in 2000. Dr. Cohen then completed a four-year internship at the Santa Rosa Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Caracas. She later completed her postdoctoral program in Oral Surgery with honors at the Central University of Venezuela.

Dr. Cohen worked in a private practice at the Santa Rosa Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Caracas before moving to South Florida, where she completed 3 years of advanced training in periodontics and implant dentistry. She received her Certificate in Periodontics from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Dr. Cohen has authored and co-authored numerous articles and book chapters on topics including Alveolar Reconstruction and Distraction Osteogenesis. Dr. Cohen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a member of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP). Dr. Cohen is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Periodontology Department at Nova Southeastern University.

Her areas of interest in treatment include minimally invasive soft-tissue grafting techniques for teeth and implants, immediate implant placement, bone tissue regeneration, periodontal-orthodontic accelerating procedures and periodontal plastic surgery.
